The shoes arrived in great shape, and they fit great! I have pretty wide feet, and a narrow heel, but I could walk around for hours with little discomfort. The only thing is that they're a little squeaky. But the look and feel make up for it!

Had the first pair - loved them! Wore them 3 times before one of them broke. Was able to work with customer service very easily to get a replacement pair, but unfortunately the new pair squeaks when i walk. Love them so much i may buy a second pair just to get a set that doesn't squeak because they are SO comfortable as just the right 'real' heel height to be walkable

Yall these boots are everything. I finally found shoes in my size that fit my big wide feet comfortably. So worth it
