I got these because I wanted to start building up that awareness of the thinness of a stiletto and starting small. They are actually a really nice heel and I do enjoy the look and think they'll be a good, modest, starting heel to wear out. The arch isn't that high and the measurements listed are very close to correct with the shoes I got. The only downside is that they slide off my heels when I walk, so I think I'm going to get some heel pad inserts to kind of hold my heel in place. I ordered the size 13 and I'm not too sure if a smaller size would be better or not. We'll see after I do some fiddling and personalizing if I will need to order a size smaller. Overall, they fit my wide foot very well and are a great look even thought they're shorter. Really happy with my purchase!
