I really really like the look of these heels! I feel so good while wearing them. I ordered a 13 which is around the size that I wear on average. The space around my toes is tight enough to where there isn't too much room to move (which is what I was kind of expecting) but there is so much space around my heel that they slip off when I walk. I don't think going down a size would be helpful especially since it would just be an experiment and I'm not wealthy enough for that LOL. I'm thinking of getting some heel pad inserts just to see what that does and if that solves the problem because I really want to wear these out. But not yet! Now begins the customization! There were some faulty things about the inside sole of the shoe but nothing too bad. Overall, pleased and optimistic!
