Refund

Precondition

1. Customized products can not be fully refund if they were in production.

2. Unfulfilled orders can be refund at any time.

3. Fulfilled orders have a 30 days time-window for return counting from the shipping date.

4. The product has to be Original New.

What should customers provide?

Prepare

  • the Order Number
  • Item Model
  • some photos including the external packing

Contact service@onlymaker.com with information mentioned to request a refund or exchange.

How long will it take?

Once your request is confirmed, it depends:

  • We received the returning items
  • The production is required if there is out of stock

Within 3 working days after we receiving returning items.

Expenses

Buyers pay the shipping fees

Note:
    1. Please keep the original package and all information well as an evidence for us to confirm your items.
    2. Items should be unused, undamaged and in original package.
    3. The US (including Canada) customers can return the items to the our US warehouse while EU (UK is included) customers will return the items to Germany warehouse.
    4. Return without conacting our service is not accepted.
    5. We offer full refund on any product that is clearly faulty or damaged due to our fault.

Important:Be sure to contact us(service@onlymaker.com) before returning, we will not accept any non-information return.
