Lord after reading the suggestion to go up one size and watching YouTube i sized up because i wear a WW (extra wide) m. I had to ship them back because they were too big mine actually fit TRUE TO SIZE. After i got my regular size i was good. Good structure feels good on my feet and to walk in.
